Delete your G2 Melody account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Sign in and delete my account

In the G2 Melody app

  1. 1Open the app and sign in
  2. 2Go to Me, then tap your name card (Edit profile)
  3. 3At the bottom, tap “Delete my account”, type DELETE and confirm

On the website

  1. 1Sign in at www.g2melody.com
  2. 2Open Profile & Settings
  3. 3In “Delete account”, choose “Delete my account”, type DELETE and confirm

What is deleted

  • Your profile, photo and sign-in
  • Your courses, progress, badges and certificates
  • Your posts, prayers, mentoring messages and circles
  • Your notifications, saved songs, goals and app sign-ins

What is kept

Records of gifts and purchases, which the choir must keep for its accounts — no longer linked to your account. Backup copies disappear within 30 days.

Can’t sign in?

Email g2melodycmr@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will do so within 7 days and confirm by email.
